Special events in Wembley to look out for in 2026

February 10, 2026

Wembley is renowned for its world-famous sporting and music events, with fans coming from all over the globe to support their favourite teams and see iconic artists at Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena. But beyond the big venues there are some fantastic events happening in the district in 2026. Whether you’re looking for music, art or a sense of community, here are some unmissable dates to add to your diary.

Mundo Pixar Exhibition

Opening on 13 February 2026, the Mundo Pixar Exhibition takes visitors on an interactive journey through 14 beautifully crafted spaces inspired by some of Pixar’s most popular films. Life-size sets enable you to become a toy from Toy Story and dive beneath the waves to explore the Great Barrier Reef with Nemo, Marlin and Dory.  This imaginative and immersive experience takes place on Fulton Road, close to the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, where you’ll also find nice restaurants in Wembley like Studio Five.

Holi Festival of Colours

The Hindu festival of Holi marks the end of winter with colours, music, food and a joyful community spirit. Taking place at Sattavis Patidar Centre on Saturday 28 February from 2pm, it’s a safe, family-friendly celebration that welcomes all. Dance to desi beats, take part in activities and play with colour for a fun-filled day out.

Country Club Indoor Country Music Festival

After four sold out shows, the UK’s biggest country music dayparty is riding back to Wembley’s Boxpark. Taking place on Saturday 7 March from 4pm, this event promises non-stop country music hits from stars such as Dolly Parton, Luke Combs and Shania Twain, as well as line dancing, plenty of wild west decor and more. It’s an adults only event, so ID is required.

The Living Neighbourhood

Wembley Park has teamed up with photographer Chris Winter to create a free trail that takes visitors through a decade of change in the area. In 2015, the skyline was filled with cranes, and construction was everywhere. Now, Wembley is a place woven with nature and family life. The trail showcases 16 large-format images that capture the soul of the district. Look out for photographs of urban wildlife, local life and modern heritage.

Wembley Mela 2026

Taking place at King Edward VII Park, Wembley Mela is a celebration of South Asian culture. Inspired by Diwali’s lights but inclusive of all faiths, it blends traditions such as garba dances with contemporary music. There’s also a Carnival of Lights procession and family-friendly activities like henna workshops and puppet shows, plus over 150 stalls selling prints, jewellery and more. Dates have yet to be announced, but the event usually takes place in late August/early September.

Refuel in style

Whether you’re exploring Pixar sets or appreciating photography as you wander the streets, you’re sure to be looking for places to eat in Wembley for well-earned refreshments. Studio Five is among the best places to eat near Wembley, offering bold, contemporary cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere.
